Kira, in the film THE
DARK CRYSTAL. Besides working with Jim Henson, Wendy was
also hired to sculpt a very important character in the George Lucas
film THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK.
Yoda became a central figure throughout the Star War series, becoming
her most widely known creation. Wendy has since gone on to create
a wide variety of creatures for commercials and advertisements. |
| After he graduated, Brian
Froud began working as a graphic designer with many London companies.
Soon afterward, he teamed up with Jim Henson to work as the conceptual
designer for Henson's upcoming film, THE
DARK CRYSTAL. He continued this position with the Jim
Henson Company in the film LABYRINTH
as well as JIM HENSON'S STORYTELLER
series. Besides working with the Jim Henson Company, Brian also
provided conceptual work on several other projects including Tolkien's
THE FATHER CHRISTMAS LETTERS (not released) and the animated film LITTLE
NEMO- ADVENTURES IN SLUMBERLAND. |
| Toby
Froud, Brian and Wendy's
son, first started his acting career as Sarah's baby brother ("Toby")
in the Jim Henson film, LABYRINTH.
Now that he's grown up, he is very interested in acting and puppetry.
Toby has also spent his summers at Jim Henson's Creature Shop, in New
